No matter how healthy you think you are or how healthy your lifestyle is, you need food supplements. Do food supplements work? It depends on which brand you use. Are food supplements savings or expenses?
It is my impression that there are more dietary food supplements that are not effective. In fact, there are brands that are dangerous to your health. Despite poor quality products that have flooded the market, there are good brands with proven quality.
Food Supplements Savings
Wouldn’t it be nice to find cheap brands? Food supplements savings allow you to use your money for other things. But that is not what we are alluding to on this post. Instead, we are taking a look at savings versus expenses.
How can the cost of buying food supplements be savings rather than expenses? The Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) published the following infographic.
It is impossible to predict how much a person can save from medical bills in the future. But estimating the totality is possible. Based on the infographic, we learn that savings in health care with the use of food supplements are:
- $3.9 to $26.6 billion dollars for Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)
- $7.8 billion dollars for diabetes and CHD
- $7.7 billion dollars for age-related eye disease (ARED)
- $4.8 to $12.2 billion dollars for osteoporosis
The figures are only for 4 conditions, and for citizens of US adults 55 and up. Can you imagine how much food supplements savings is worldwide? The figures for the United States alone are staggering. Without a doubt, the massive amount of money saved could be put to good use.
The cost of using the right food supplements is the price you pay for lower medical bills in the future, resulting in savings. In other words, prevention is better than cure.
It is your choice if you want to spend for savings in the future. On the other hand, it is your choice too if you spend more in the future to regain your health.
